Transitional Kindergarten is an engaging program designed for four-year-olds who would benefit from an extra year to build skills and confidence before starting traditional kindergarten. Through play-based, project-based, and hands-on learning, children will strengthen foundations in early literacy, math, and social skills, while being introduced to the kindergarten learning standards in a developmentally appropriate way.
Our TK classroom provides additional time, individualized support, and differentiated instruction so each child can learn at their own pace. Students build academic skills while also developing creativity, curiosity, problem-solving, and social skills through meaningful play and exploration.
