Erica is thrilled to join Little Oak Nursery School as an assistant teacher in the Three--Day 2’s classroom. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Art & Design from Towson University and has spent many years volunteering in her children’s schools, sports, and community, always finding joy in working with and encouraging children.

As the mom of three graduates of Mount Hebron Nursery School, Erica’s connection to this special community began long before joining the staff. She often joked that once her youngest graduated, they would have to find her a job! The teachers not only nurtured her children, but also helped her grow into the mother she wanted to be. She is grateful for the opportunity to now provide that same sense of love, encouragement, and belonging to a new generation of families.

Erica hopes every child in her classroom feels safe, loved, and brave enough to be curious, creative, and completely themselves.

Erica lives in Mount Airy with her husband, Brandon, their three children, Andrew, Chloe, and Mikey, and their well-loved cats. She enjoys reading, creative and DIY projects, all arts & crafts, and cheering on her kids at their many sporting events.
