Doug Schwartz is an accomplished operations professional with over 20 years of experience in strategic and financial planning, business growth, operational efficiency, and team building. Known for his leadership and strategic communication skills, Doug has a track record of managing strong, cohesive teams and fostering collaboration to drive exceptional performance.

Doug's career highlights include serving as Director of Operations at Columbia Academy and Kiddie Academy, where he led multi-unit operations, optimized efficiencies, and supported substantial revenue growth. He has expertise in areas such as customer retention, budget development, quality improvement, and crisis management. Doug also brings experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring talent, which has significantly contributed to the success of the organizations he has worked with.

In addition to his professional achievements, Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island. He is also a family man, with a wife and two children currently in college. Outside of work, Doug enjoys golfing in his free time.
